This is a soul stirring retreat, nestled on the Welsh coast line, for women ready to root deep, crack open, and rise. Together, we’ll gather on the earth; heart to heart, hand to hand, to witness, feel, and move through the layers of self.
This is a space for raw emotional work, for ritual, for getting beautifully messy, both inside and out.
You’ll be guided with intention, supported by pre-retreat reflections, and leave not only with tangible tools and practices for self-care, but with a renewed sense of your own essence.
Grief, growth, joy; whatever you bring, we’ll move it through the body and into the light.

Each day is thoughtfully inspired by an element, and goddesses who embody that sacred space. Three full days of deep work, followed by a day of joyful play.
